Nanwakolas Corporate Challenge
Friday August 5|
Storey Creek Golf Club 300 McGimpsey Rd, Campbell River, BC

The Nanwakolas Council is proud to host the Nanwakolas Corporate Challenge at Storey Creek Golf Course on
Friday, Aug 5, 2022.
What it’s about:
All proceeds raised at the Tournament are going to the Tl’axsam Bursary Fund for Aboriginal Students at North Island College.
The student enrolment of Aboriginal students at North Island College is 10%, a very high number for any college, possibly highest of any in B.C., and the need for a Bursary in this category is abundant!
Tl’axsam is the name given to Stan Hagen by The K’ómoks First Nation. The impact and contributions that Stan Hagen has left on our communities will last an eternity. Dallas Smith, president of the Nanwakolas Council, and Judy Hagen, Stan’s wife, have decided to create the Tl’axsam Bursary Fund in Stan’s honor.
